Dr. Darsha Meyyappan

Dr Darsha Meyyappan is an accomplished and dedicated dental specialist in the field of orthodontics, with a diverse and extensive career. She spent over a decade serving the Ministry of Health Malaysia in various roles ranging from a junior dental officer to a specialist orthodontist. Her journey includes a wealth of experience both in the public and private sectors, allowing her to develop a great skill set .

After completing dentistry, Dr Darsha’s early career involved working in the hospital setting in the public service in Malaysia, which ultimately led her to discover her passion for orthodontics & cosmetic dentistry.

She pursued advanced qualifications, including the Membership of Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCS Edinburgh), UK and later achieved her orthodontic qualification both from UKM Malaysia and RCS Edinburgh. Her commitment to continuous learning and minimally invasive dentistry is evident, as she embraces digital and minimally invasive dentistry to enhance her practice.

Dr Darsha’s academic excellence, combined with her effective communication skills make her a respected clinician. Her expertise extends to treating children, complemented by her natural rapport with them. Beyond dentistry, she enjoys reading philosophy, practicing meditation, and embracing nature’s wonders alongside her family.
